Terms and conditions

  1. Providers and members work under the Freedom Health Hub (FHH) rules.

  2. Members do not need to be a member of the FHH Tribe but must work within its rules.

  3. Any consultation is an educational session only.

  4. Members understand that the provider is not a qualified doctor and has had no official medical training.

  5. The provider is not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions.

  6. The provider cannot make recommendations about medication.

  7. Nutritional and lifestyle suggestions are not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment. The suggestions made are not medical advice and are followed entirely at the member’s own risk.

  8. The provider may make suggestions based on nutritional and lifestyle practices only.

  9. The member will disclose, in the questionnaire provided, all medical diagnoses, medication, herbal medicine, drug use and food supplements taken as this may affect the nutritional programme.

  10. The member has notified the provider of all drugs taken, whether recreational or otherwise. This information will be kept confidential, however it is important to know this due to any possible contraindications or interactions.

  11. The provider will take no responsibility for the member actions as a result of any suggestions.

  12. The provider cannot guarantee results or a complete cure.

  13. The degree of benefit obtainable from any suggestions may vary between members with similar health problems and following a similar programme.

  14. The member understands there may be no improvement if the member does not follow the suggestions.

  15. The member may feel worse before starting to feel better as toxins are released and excreted from the body. In this regard, the member may experience withdrawal symptoms including headaches, nausea, tiredness and any other detoxification symptoms. These are normal and will pass.

  16. The provider may suggest food supplements and/or functional testing as part of the member’s programme and may receive a commission on these products or services.

  17. The member is responsible for contacting their GP about any health concerns.

  18. Any supplementation or diet changes should be notified to the member’s GP or medical practitioner in the event of any contraindications or interactions between the programme and any medication.

  19. Nutritional and lifestyle suggestions are recognised as complementary and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.

  20. Practitioners consider each member to be unique and suggest personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a 'one size fits all’ approach.

  21. Practitioners never suggest nutritional and lifestyle changes as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any member with 'red flag' signs or symptoms to their medical professional.

  22. In accordance with The Cancer Act of 1939, the provider never claims to be able to cure cancer or that any suggested product or protocol can cure cancer.

  23. If the member is unsure or unclear about anything, including suggested amounts, they may contact the provider to request clarification.

  24. The educational session provided is not an emergency service and should not be treated as such. In an emergency, please call 999.

  25. The educational session provided is in business hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  26. The preferred communication method is via email, to the email address provided. However members can also telephone the provider on 0208 058 2737 in office hours.

  27. Members accept these terms to say they are happy for communications to be sent in an electronic form that is not encrypted.

  28. Please note the provider asks that emails regarding your individualised suggestions are limited to a maximum of 1-2 between appointments and these are to clarify only. Providers are not able to discuss any new issues between sessions. If members have a more complex question, or need a new suggestion, then please book a follow up educational session via the website to allow time for a proper assessment. Note that the provider offers longer educational sessions of up to 45 minutes for more complex issues, or you can request a 15 minute slot for quick questions. Time allocations will be strictly adhered to and you may be required to make further payment if the time-allocation is exceeded.

  29. Recording educational sessions using any form of electronic media is not allowed without the written permission of both the member and the provider.

  30. The provider has the right to refuse to work together with the member at any time, for any reason, whether or not payment has been made or sessions have already been undertaken. Where payment has been made, a partial refund may be given, on a case-by-case basis, to reflect costs or time incurred. This will be at the discretion of the provider.

  31. Wholistic Wellness Centre strives to maintain a positive and productive member relationship, based on trust and open communication. At Wholistic Wellness Centre we value respectful and professional communication at all times. We do not tolerate abusive behaviour, either physically, verbally or in written communication. If we deem any correspondence to be of an abusive nature, we will terminate our engagement with immediate effect. Where payment has been made, a partial refund may be given, on a case-by-case basis, to reflect costs or time incurred. This will be at the discretion of the provider.

  32. All personal data and educational sessions will be kept confidential; however, this confidentiality may be broken by the provider where there is serious concern for the health or wellbeing of the member or another person.

  33. All payments are made in advance.

  34. No refunds will be given for educational sessions already undertaken, subject to our money back guarantee.

  35. Money Back Guarantee: we are so confident in the knowledge of our providers and the quality of our sessions that we are happy to offer a full, no-obligations, money-back guarantee. This applies up until the completion of the information gathering part of your initial 1 hour educational session, but before you receive suggestions as to why you feel unwell and before you receive your personalised suggested plan. If after your initial 1 hour educational session and before you receive your personalised suggested plan, you are not entirely happy, you are entitled to request a full refund of the monies paid. You must request this at the appropriate time in the session, before suggestions are provided, both verbally and in writing by email to info@wholisticwellnesscentre.com and this will be confirmed by email. This allows you the opportunity to assess the knowledge of our providers and ensure we are the right fit for you. You will not be entitled to any money back after you have received your personalised suggestions, verbally or in writing.

  36. A cancellation notice period of at least 48 working hours is required for appointments, i.e. cancellation is required by Wednesday at 5pm for a Monday appointment at 9am.

  37. Appointments may be rescheduled, with at least 48 working hours’ notice, i.e. rescheduling is required by Wednesday at 5pm for a Monday appointment at 9am.

  38. Aside from section 34 Money Back Guarantee, refunds will not be given where preparation work has been undertaken. A partial refund may be made, on a case-by-case basis, to reflect costs or time incurred.

  39. FHH agreement between member and provider:

    FHH is a private membership-based online health platform that connects men and women seeking a greater range of medical choice with like-minded practitioners. It has evolved to allow members access to providers whose opinions are freely given and not constrained by regulatory agencies(such as the UK General Medical Council and the American State Medical Boards). This is achieved by Private membership club, which is conducted under Common Law and indigenous tribal rules (so not subject to regulatory bodies). All sessions are completely private and cannot be shared with any third man or woman without express permission from the member and the provider. There are benefits for both providers and members.

    You can give your ideas and run sessions that reflect your honestly held educational and life experiences, without fear of sanction

    There is no need for medical insurance policies.

    There is no need for revalidation -- members can see details of your qualification and educational updates and feedback on your website page.

    Agreements that are implicit to FHH membership

    The member agrees that as a living man or woman:

    - i, enter into this agreement of my own free will;

    - i, acknowledge and agree that those of mankind that are linked with Freedom Health Hub do not provide any medical advice, they only share their knowledge, time and experience; as such, any and all content on the FHH website, newsletters, writings, affiliate links and or otherwise are for educational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice;

    - i, agree that all records of services received are available upon request as “private member educational records” and not medical records;

    - i agree not to share those records with any living man or woman unless i have the express permission of my provider

    - i, agree to be responsible for my own health, for my actions, my decisions, my choices and for the consequences of how i, apply any of the information and knowledge i, gain here;

    - i, agree that FHH does its best to assure the integrity and competence of Provider Members and while they represent the FHH mission, that they are independent educators that do not work for FHH; i, therefore agree to hold harmless those of mankind who work for FHH, or through FHH as partners and or affiliates;

    - i, agree to act according to law, and not to engage in abusive, violent, irresponsible, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other man or woman who does participate in the membership; FHH reserves the right to remove access to a particular group or forum or offering, or to remove or edit any content, at FHH’s discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such a group, forum or offering on this website;

    - i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or place provided by or through FHH (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $100,000 plus $10/minute the trespass continues;

    - i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only;

    - i, acknowledge that i, have read and understand the above, and agree to and digitally autograph this agreement, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by or through FHH;

    The provider agrees that:

    - i, enter into this agreement of my own free will;

    - i, acknowledge and agree that those of mankind that are linked with Freedom Health Connect (FHH) do not provide any medical advice, they only share their knowledge, time and experience; as such, any and all content on the FHH website, newsletters, writings, affiliate links and or otherwise are for educational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice;

    - i, agree that all records of services received are available upon request as “private member educational records” and not medical records;

    - i agree to maintain the highest standards of teaching and educate members according to my greatest ability and judgment, as i would my close family and which risks no harm or injustice

    - i attest that i have no vested interests in the subjects that i teach. Any interest i may hold i shall declare.

    - i, agree that FHH does its best to assure the integrity and competence of Provider Members and while they represent the FHH mission, that they are independent educators that do not work for FHH; i, therefore agree to hold harmless those of mankind who work for FHH, or through FHH as partners and or affiliates;

    - i, agree to act according to law, and not to engage in abusive, violent, irresponsible, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other man or woman who does participate in the membership; FHH reserves the right to remove access to a particular group or forum or offering, or to remove or edit any content, at FHH’s discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such a group, forum or offering on this website;

    40. The member makes payment to the provider as a confirmation of acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    41. Statement of Truth: “The facts i state in the questionnaire are true. i understand it is against the rules of FHH for any living man or woman who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.”
