Gut issues are often overlooked, yet they impact immunity, mood, energy, disease prevention and even mental health. We discuss nutrients, energy, digestion, types of foods and how anti-nutrients affect gut health. We cover fasting as a useful tool to health and longevity.

“I found the talk on the Twelve Pillars of Wellness by Andie Spragg to be a very informative and interesting presentation. 

 As a Complementary Therapist, I had heard what she talked about a few times but there were a few in the room who hadn’t heard it before and I could tell they (were intrigued about) certain aspects… especially when it came to what’s in our food and the ageing effects the pesticides and lack of nutrients in the soil etc have on us. 

 Her slides were easy to follow and very enlightening and Andie spoke with people for an hour after about various aspects which was very generous of her. 

 She’s keen to do a repeat at the Club and I would definitely be interested as I share her passion in all things health.”
